M. Gutierrez

Michael Gutierrez received a BS in Biological Sciences from Florida State University. His experience at TREC includes work with both the Tropical Fruit Diseases and Plant Physiology programs. Michael has worked on projects in collaboration with USDA-ARS (Beltsville, MD), University of Miami, Biscayne National Park, Everglades National Park, and Farchild Tropical and Botanical Gardens.

Currently he is part of the Water Resource Engineering program working on a water use efficiency initiative in collaboration with Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department and Miami-Dade Cooperative Extension Service.
