Bananas retain an interesting quality throughout their entire life cycle.  I have found decaying banana fruit bunches to smell really bad and attract Wasps and tons of Gnats but they must be good for something....What are they good for?  Maybe a Prop for a Sci-Fi film or compost for a garden.  Anyone?
