One Night in the Tropics
One Night in the Tropics is the UF/IFAS Tropical Research & Education Center's premier fundraising event. The event is hosted on the first Saturday in November, which is recognized as Miami-Dade Farmer's Month in Miami-Dade County.
For the second year in a row, the 8th annual One Night in the Tropics will be hosted on campus at the UF/IFAS TREC on November 5, 2022.
You’ll enjoy good food, great music, and the company of some of south Florida’s premier researchers and scientists. If you would like to interact with some of UF/IFAS TREC's world-class scientists amid tropical fruit-filled orchards and ornamental plants, then stay tuned for more information regarding this year's event.
